FABIOS S.A. operates in the food sector and specializes in the design, production, and sale of collagen products for the meat processing industry. Based on the expectations of all interested parties, the Management Board of FABIOS S.A. commits to complying with legal requirements as well as quality, environmental, energy, food safety, and occupational health and safety requirements.

 

Aware of the energy-intensive nature of our operations, we commit to rational energy use, continuous improvement of energy efficiency, and reduction of greenhouse gas emissions, while fully complying with applicable legal obligations.

 

 

Primary Objectives of FABIOS S.A.

 

  • Production and delivery to Customers of products of the highest quality, meeting all safety, legality, and formal requirements.
  • Building and maintaining Customer trust and satisfaction by meeting their requirements and expectations.
  • Maintaining a leading position in the collagen industry while implementing principles of sustainable development, reducing negative environmental impact, and lowering the organization’s carbon footprint.

Implementation of Objectives and Commitments

 

FABIOS S.A. achieves its objectives through:

 

  • continuous and systematic improvement of product quality, technological processes, and food safety,
  • maintaining high hygiene standards at all stages of production, storage, and distribution,
  • identification and assessment of risks and opportunities related to the Company’s operations,
  • recognition of Customer needs and expectations and adjustment of the offer accordingly,
  • selection and monitoring of suppliers, taking into account ethics, quality, food safety, and sustainable development principles,
  • development of employee competencies through access to training and development programs,
  • fostering a culture of quality, food safety, and environmental responsibility by engaging all employees,
  • rational energy use and implementation of investment projects aimed at improving the Plant’s energy efficiency,
  • continuous monitoring and improvement of occupational health and safety conditions for employees, contractors, and subcontractors, and implementation of preventive actions to minimize the risk of accidents and occupational diseases,
  • conducting consultations with employees, the Social Labour Inspector, and trade unions,
  • systematic reviews, monitoring, and improvement of all processes supported by measurable objectives and performance indicators.

 

 

Management Board Commitment

 

The Management Board of FABIOS S.A. declares its personal involvement in developing the organizational culture and the Integrated Management System by:

 

  • setting strategic and systemic development directions for the Company,
  • approving policies, codes, and system objectives,
  • participating in management reviews and making decisions in crisis situations and in the event of nonconformities,
  • providing the necessary financial, technical, and organizational resources to implement the strategy and system objectives,
  • promoting consistency between business objectives and quality, environmental, energy, social, and occupational health and safety requirements.

 

The Management Board of FABIOS S.A. commits to continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System and enhancement of the Plant’s energy performance, ensuring organizational and financial frameworks for effective implementation of strategic and operational objectives.
