INSTRUCTION FOR USE

The application of FABIOS casings for raw sausage is a 5 stage process: soaking, filling, clipping or tying, processing with cold smoke, maturing. Details of the mentioned stages are presented here.

WARRANTY PERIOD

Collagen casings for raw sausage have 18 months shelf life of application from the date of sale.
