Collagen film is processed dry. When filling you may use an applicator. For pickled, boiled and rolled products, the collagen film is usually used underneath a flexible netting.
When filling foil sleeve using an applicator it is possible to continuously produce hams or sausages whit netting.
Collagen film and foil sleeve have 12 months shelf life of application from production date.
