Storing
- FABIOS products should be stored in thier orginal packaging,
- the place of storing of the casings should be closed, clean, dry and cool,
- the place of storing of the casings shoule be protected from sun light, insects and rodents,
- suggested temperature inside tehe storing place is 5°C - 25°C,
- humidity of aie should not exceed 65%,
- sanitary conditions in the place of storing sholud correspond with meat industry norms,
- we recommend takin out the casings from their orginal packaging directly before processing and avoid any contact with water or moisture.
