Storing

  • FABIOS products should be stored in thier orginal packaging,
  • the place of storing of the casings should be closed, clean, dry and cool,
  • the place of storing of the casings shoule be protected from sun light, insects and rodents,
  • suggested temperature inside tehe storing place is 5°C - 25°C,
  • humidity of aie should not exceed 65%,
  • sanitary conditions in the place of storing sholud correspond with meat industry norms,
  • we recommend takin out the casings from their orginal packaging directly before processing and avoid any contact with water or moisture.
