Ready to use casings RTU

RTU type casings are soaked casing, can be directly suffed after being taken out of the packege. All types of FABIOS wrinkled casings can be made in a RTU version.

Applications:

These products are used in manufacturing exactly the same types of meat products as in case traditional, ring, for raw sausages or easy removable casings.

• presoaking is not required before stuffing,
• the casing humidification standard is repeatable,
• it limits the wastes connected with the possibility of soaking to many casings,

Available calibers:

Offered calibers are in accordance with the specifications of traditional, ring casings, and for raw sausages, and also depend on the possibility of wrinkling:

• for casings type FG, FC, FGR, FGL, and easy removable casings - calibers ø22-80 mm,
• for ring casings - all range of calibers - ø32-52 mm.

Offered colours:

Offered calibers are in accordance with the specifications of traditional, ring casings, and for raw sausages.

Packaging & services:

• vacuum-packed in foil.

Instruction for use:

The application of  casings RTU is a 4 stage process: filling, clipping or tying, thermal treatment or processing with cold smoke, cooling or maturing. The first stage is eliminated because of the presoaking of the casings. Details of the mentioned stages are presented here.

Warranty period:

Collagen casings types RTU have 2 months shelf life of application from production date.
