Both traditional and ring casings can be subject to the special technological processes which guarantees very easy seperation the casing from the stuffing.  The easy removable casings can be used as a package for sausages. They are characterized by ability to be quickly removed casing from the sausage, not causing damage to the stuffing.

Applications:

These products are the same uses as traditional and ring casings, especially the ones meant for slicing:

  • cooked/dried zywiecka sausage,
  • coked/dried krakowska sausage,
  • szynkowa (ham sausage),
  • knuckle susage,
  • tatrzańska sausage,
  • lisiecka sausage,
  • traditional polish sausage.

Quality, colours, packaging and instructiona for use:

The basic properties, application, avaible colours and calibers, and packaging and instruction for use of  removable casings is the same as traditional collagen casings type FG, FC or ring casings FW, FWR.

Warranty period:

Easy removable casings have 18 months shelf life of application from production date.
