Ring casings FW, FWR

Ring casings are unique because of the ring shape that is formed during the production  process. Special treatment of the form allows the casings to keep a look that resembles natural casings and give a traditional and true to life apperance to the sausages.

There are two types of casings:

  • type FW - for smoked and scalded sausages,
  • type FWR - for raw and durable products.

Application:

These products  are used in production of smoked, scaled , raw and durable covered with mold sausages for which the natural shape of the casing is very important. Typical products that are mede in our FW and FWR casings are:

  • lisiecka sausage,
  • liverwurst,
  • black pudding,
  • traditional polish sausage,
  • salami,
  • ripe to be sausage,
  • dried sausage,
  • sausage that don't require thermal treatment.

Quality features:

  • ring casings ensure round shape and tatsy appearance of sausage,
  • they imitate natural casings,
  • they acquire a natural ang lasting color during smoking,
  • they are permeable to water and steam,
  • they are durable during filling and clipping,
  • they dry up in a natural way together with the filling.

Instruction for use:

The application of FABIOS ring casings is a 5 stage process: soaking, filling, clipping or tying, thermal treatment or processing with cold smoke, cooling or maturing. Details of the mentioned stages are presented here.

Warranty period:

Ring casings have 18 months shelf life of application from production date.
